First, your nutrition coach needs to gather information from you in order to map out a personalized plan.

  • Schedule your Nutrition Consultation
  • If possible, have 2-3 days of food logging emailed to your coach.

What to Expect

  • You’ll have your body composition measured via our Inbody 370.
  • Assessment of results and explanation of first steps to take for positive change.
  • Nutrition education, reference guides & handouts.
  • Grocery shopping lists.
  • Follow-up email of resources and additional questions answered.
