Happy Fitness Experience
MYZONE HEART RATE TRAINING
Part of a Happy Fitness Experience is gaining the knowledge behind proper training stimuli, and being able to execute it successfully in class. The more you know about the benefits of different heart rate zone training, the more optimal results you’ll achieve over time. Training effectively, while avoiding overtraining is key to this process.
Workout of the Day
Our most diverse program with a focus on functional movement, Workout of the Day classes involve the greatest variety of weightlifting, bodyweight, and aerobic conditioning to create a comprehensive and transformative training experience. The Workout of the Day can be modified to all levels of fitness from beginner to the advanced. It’s common to see a blend of young and old, the cardio guru next to a power lifter, all striving to push their fitness to the next level.
If you’d like to get to know more about us, our facility, and what we have to offer, the first step is to schedule a free intro with a head coach. We’ll start with your goals, what your obstacles and limitations are, talk about your fitness journey, take you through a brief movement assessment, and more. In the end, we will have a recommendation for the “optimal you” and how you can achieve health, fitness, and wellbeing for the longterm.
Cycling
For those who love biking, need low impact aerobic and anaerobic training, or simply want to jam out to great music and bust a sweat – our cycle classes are built for you! We use RealRyder bikes in our classes. These bikes move side to side like a real road bike or mountain bike. You won’t be dancing, doing push-ups or other nonsense in our classes. We’re there to train, have fun, get a great workout in, and walk out feeling accomplished. Currently, you can choose from Pure Cycle (50 minutes on the bike) or Iron Cycle (30 minutes of strength training and 30 minutes on the RealRyder). Click the link below to try 3-for-Free.
Sunday Swole
Led by Coach Megan, this class brings forth traditional sculpting and physique building. Biceps and triceps? You bet. Leg day? Yep. Each week is a different focus and you’ll work primarily with free-weight dumbbells and kettlebells in higher rep schemes. The entire workout is planned for you in a structured environment.

Stick Mobility
(CURRENTLY ON HOLD.)
Mobility is a combination of flexibility, strength, and motor control. The Stick Mobility training system improves all of these qualities of joint control. The combination of joint mobilization, strength training, and deep fascial stretching reduces the risk of injury and accelerates recovery. In this class, you’ll expand your range of motion while building neuromuscular function and full-body strength.
