WHAT SHOES SHOULD I WORKOUT IN?

Your old-school squishy running shoes with the huge heel won’t cut it anymore.  Invest in some good equipment, and your efficiency and technique during your workouts will be all the better.

Other minimalist shoes such as: Chuck Taylors, Merrell, New Balance, etc.  

WHERE DO I FIND WEIGHTLIFTING SHOES?

If you’ve decided to invest in our CrossFit or Olympic Weightlifting program for the long-term, it’s time to get yourself some REAL weightlifting shoes.  You can’t find lifting shoes in town, they must be ordered online.  Here are the most popular sites:
