Strength work:  Deadlift:  5-5-5-5

We will start implementing more cleans and snatches once my olympic certification is done in August!   Yea!

Box Jumps (24″)
Weighted sit-ups (scale for beginners)
Burpee Pull-ups (use bands/jumping pull-ups/omit the burpee if necessary)
