We’re looking for 40 people who are serious about changing their lifestyle, getting healthier, and living the life they deserve. If you’re serious about your health and wellness, then we want YOU for this challenge! Over 9 years in business, we’ve selected hundreds of applicants and taught them the tools to change their lives!

This program is intelligently designed, with a combination of workouts and nutrition guidance, meal planning help, body composition testing, and more. All you have to do is be consistent, committed and ready to change your life!

June New You Challenge Schedule:

Our next New You 6-week Challenge Kick-off Day is Saturday, June 3rd from 11AM– 2PM with our 90 minute nutrition seminar and body composition testing. From the beginning, the challenge builds an incredible foundation for long-term success in life and at The Athlete Lab!

Morning Challenge: Mon, Tues, Thurs from 9:30AM- 10:30AM (limited to 20 challengers)

Evening Challenge: Mon, Tues, Thurs from 7PM-8PM (limited to 20 challengers)
