The 6- Week Challenge

We’re looking for 30 people who are serious about changing their lifestyle, getting healthier, and living the life they deserve. If you’re serious about your health and wellness, then we want YOU for this challenge! Over 9 years in business, we’ve selected hundreds of applicants and taught them the tools to change their lives!

This program is intelligently designed, with a combination of workouts and nutrition guidance. All you have to do is be consistent, committed and ready to change your life!

Schedule:

The next New You Challenge Kick-off Day is June 3rd from 11am – 2pm, which includes our 90 minute nutrition seminar, body composition testing and more! The first official day of training is Monday, June 5th.

Two Options for 6 weeks (May 5th – July 13th):
Mon/Tues/Thur at 9:30am
Mon/Tues/Thur at 7:00pm

From the beginning, the challenge builds an incredible foundation for long-term success in life and at The Athlete Lab!

Morning Challenge:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday

9:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.

(limited to 20 Challengers)

Evening Challenge:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday

7 p.m. – 8 p.m.

Who Are We Looking For

You do not need to be in good shape to start. This program is designed for beginners!

Must be willing to commit to 3 days per week.

Class Times for the Challenge = M,Tue,Th @ 9:30 a.m. (mornings) & 7:00 p.m. (evenings)
Must be willing to use our mobile tracking app to document your success.
Must commit to the entire 6 weeks. We are looking for people who want to make long-term changes and intend to continue their new lifestyle past the 6 weeks challenge.
Must have the discipline to apply our nutrition plan. This is critical. We have a program that is tested and it works, but only if you follow it!
⇒ Must be willing to work in a group environment. The positive energy in our group classes at The Athlete Lab is contagious. 
⇒ Must be committed to making this change. The challenge will not work if the coaches want to see you reach your goals more than you do!
⇒ Must leave your ego at home. This is a place where hard work is respected and judgment of others is not permitted. 
⇒ This is not a “biggest loser” type challenge. Not everybody will be coming in with the goal of weight loss. All transformations are welcome. 

We have personally seen how The Athlete Lab has dramatically changed the lives of those who commit to the process. 

We are interviewing to find the right participants who will work hard, finish the program, and ultimately be an amazing representation of what is possible at The Athlete Lab.
