Iron Cycle classes will incorporate about 35 minutes on the bike, then another 25 minutes off the bike with kettlebell strength training. Not only is improving your cardiovascular endurance crucial to being fit, but proper strength training takes it a step further by building healthy lean body mass. This takes your metabolism to another level by becoming a fat-burning beast for the rest of your day.
