Shoes

The right shoes make all the difference in your training. You’ll want to wear shoes that have enough support but are not squishy like a classic running shoe. The most popular shoes are listed on our recommendation menu.

Jump Ropes

Although we have jump ropes for you to use at the gym, it’s a piece of equipment that you’ll want to invest in for yourself. It is sized correctly for you, you have it ready to go, and you can take it with you for at-home or vacation workouts.
