A couple times a year we look for 15 people who are serious about changing their lifestyle, getting healthier, and living the life they deserve. Schedule:

Saturday, February 17th from 11am-1pm: Nutrition Seminar

Monday, February 19th: First day of training

How it works: 

The first 2 weeks of training consists of Movement Foundations classes. These are held on Monday/Tuesday/Thursday at either 8am or 7pm (you choose which time slots to attend). The remaining 4 weeks of the challenge, you will begin attending our regular HIIT Fit schedule. You are required to attend 3x/week and you also receive 3 bonus Iron Cycle classes, along with weekend workouts assigned and access to Open Gym over the weekends to do them!
