UPCOMING AT TAL:
We are kicking off our first Bootcamp on Saturday, June 20th at 10am. This is a 6 week program designed to educate people on how to make lifestyle changes outside of the gym, while also getting a good workout while in the gym 3x a week. Spots are limited, but we do have a few left, so if you know anybody who may be interested let them know!
