We designed the “New You Challenge” specifically to meet you at your current level of fitness. Then we built a comprehensive 6-week program, focusing on nutrition education, functional fitness, teamwork, and accountability, and we made it affordable for everyone!
Every Challenger before you, helped us shape this program to become the most progressive and effective experience. Together, we left no stone unturned to address every single roadblock of why people usually fail at their attempts at reclaiming their health and fitness.

Are you a desk-jockey? A busy mom or an active individual looking to further your abilities and stay in shape – our HIIT FIT program is designed to improve your mental & physical conditioning, strength, and mobility. Through kettlebells, free weights, body-weight movements and metabolic conditioning, every class is different. Watch your fitness soar, your body composition improve and your life be better than ever!
Led by professional coaches, you get action-packed variety and fun in a group setting. We are trained to get you in shape, and we meet you where you are at. Modifications for safety and our signature focus on technique are our priority. Additionally, we want you to leave each class feeling better than when you arrived! This means providing a strong coach-to-member relationship and to address all your fitness needs in class.

Some say that “CrossFit” is not for the faint of heart. We disagree. CrossFit is for everyone! What matters is how it is being coached. We take utmost pride in form and technique over heavy weights and ‘going nuts’. Your safety is paramount to us. If you are already a CrossFitter, we’ll take you through a check-ride, to assess your technical proficiency. If you’re just getting started and want to join CrossFit, we will take you through a ‘Fundamentals Program’, where you’ll work with one of our professional coaches one-on-one. Then you’re ready to dip your toes into the CrossFit waters and watch yourself transform into a stronger and better version of yourself!

You are more than ‘meets the eye’. Your body composition truly tells us what you’re made out of. Do you have too much Body Fat Mass or not enough Lean Body Mass? Unless you obtain medically validated data, you are left to guess. This is where our InBody scan makes all the difference.
We are looking at you from the inside out, determining your weight to body fat, muscle mass, muscle distribution and water weight ratios. We’re able to tell you, within small variances, where you stand and how you improve over time.

Barbell Club – Olympic Lifting
Olympic Weightlifting is one of the most iconic sports, with its earliest known recordings found in Egypt, China, and ancient Greece. Today, the modern sport of weightlifting traces its origins to the European competitions of the 19th century. “The Athlete Lab Barbell Club” is an officially registered “USAW” club. Our coaches are USAW certified and some of our athletes compete on local, regional and national levels.
“OLY” as it is mostly nicknamed, is truly for everyone. Disciplined technique comes before weight and only when technical elements, range of motion, balance and mental fortitude are mastered, will an athlete reach their full potential in weightlifting. In that sense, “OLY” truly does not discriminate by age, condition or ability, but challenges everyone to become their best selves in the process. We have seen teenagers step up to the barbell, just as we have coached 70-year old athletes.
The secret behind “OLY”? Lifting the maximum weight is definitely an accomplishment, but the power of weightlifting lies in the grace and technical perfection of its movements. Increasing the load comes over time, and is duly *just* a side effect of this beautiful sport!

All of our services are the products of years of experience, diligent service to our community and have been built with the feedback of hundreds of athletes, thousands of sessions coached, individual athlete meetings, focus groups, continued education and the undying conviction that we are doing ‘the right thing for the right reasons’ – to improve our communities, one member at a time.
