UPCOMING AT TAL:

Quick heads up to all you Labbers! This Tuesday (June 9th) at 6pm is Nick’s Mobility Clinic. Also, at 6pm we will be having our A.I.M. pilot class. Because of lack of space, the usual 6pm CrossFit class will be cancelled. Everyone is welcome to either Nick’s Mobility Class OR the A.I.M. class though! Hopefully we’ll see you at one of the other! Regular Tuesday 6pm CrossFit will resume next week!
