Strict Chin-ups (weighted, negative, etc.)
HSPU negatives (deficit or ADAP)

(sub challenging strict barbell press for HSPU skill work)

5 Rounds for Time: Running Clock
15 OH Swings (20/28kg)
12 Push-ups
10 T2B (scale)
Rest exactly 1 minute after each round.
Goal is to maintain intensity/time each round.
