What: A 3 hour Olympic lifting workshop designed to improve your Olympic Lifts and tools to create an action plan for follow through and execution on improvement.
A Workshop designed to improve the technique and efficiency of the Olympic Lifts and all variations for Crossfitters. The workshop will be devoted to the Snatch and it’s variations and the Clean and Jerk and it’s variations. The wkshop will go through improving the fundamentals of the lifts, skills to improve performance and form during workouts, and strength to improve 1 RM.
How will you benefit:
• Full technique and skill development for the Snatch.
• Video capture used to improve and evaluate technique for all variations of both lifts. For example, power snatch, snatch balance, snatch push-push, and strength training in front squat and overhead position to improve strength for receiving the bar.
• Assistance lifts to improve performance that won’t typically be used during regular Crossfit classes.
• Different techniques for improving 1 rep maxes and also performance of each different lift during WODs (high rep).
The Olympic Lifting workshop will be coached by CrossFit Olympic Lifting Certification trainer and CEO of RXSTAR Aly Willier.
This exclusive class is ideal for anyone, at any level, to develop “Olympic Lifting technique and proper form” and much, much more! Members will learn and utilize new and highly effective Olmpic lifting techinique to improve all areas of Olympic lifting. Class size is kept small so the focus is on each individual, while also allowing time to dissect each movement in detail – optimizing gains.
Tactics: Skill and Drills, Foot, Flexibility tools, and building explosive power.
Results: Improvement in the foundation for all your lifts, action plan in place ready for implementation, and focused drills for you summer action plan to improve your Olympic Lifting.
