October 19th: End of challenge, but hopefully you have some new habits.
We’ll be starting the morning off with a group workout, then follow up with a Paleo-Potluck!
Bring out your best dish to share and show the new folks how you can REALLY eat like a KING!
Share your recipes, ask questions and get the scoop on how you can make this work….and it really does work.
Joining the No Sugar Challenge is not required, so certainly feel free to come no matter what!
