CROSSFIT RATES:

Memberships are automatically deducted each month.  There are no refunds.

GETTING STARTED:  (Beginner rates last for one month)

Beginner Series:  $299/individual
Couples Beginner Series (same household):  $449
Private Beginner Training:  $349 for 3 sessions, each lasting 90 minutes.  (Via email, we set up times to meet according to your schedule.)

THEN:

Month to Month:  $150/mo. for unlimited classes
3 Month:  $139/mo. for unlimited classes
6 Month:  $125/mo. for unlimited classes

CrossFit punch cards can be used by those who have about 6 months experience with CrossFit moves or have a solid understanding of weight lifting technique.  Email or call me to discuss your background before purchasing a punch card. This is to ensure your safety and allows for the group classes to run smoothly.

10 class punch: $200 (3 month expiration from date of purchase, non-transferable)
20 class punch: $300 (5 month expiration from date of purchase, non-transferable)

All past or present military/fire/police personnel & couples in the same household receive 10% off of monthly rates. Discount is not applicable to Beginner Series rates.

Tuesday:  9:30am (pilot class), 11:30am (pilot class), 4:00pm, 5:00pm, 6:00pm
Wednesday:  6:00am, 7:15am, 8:30am, 11:30am, 11:30am, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm
Thursday:  9:30am, 11:30am, 4:00pm, 5:00pm, 6:00pm

Sunday: Open Gym 11:00am-Noon
Open Gym format is such that you might have an idea of what you’d like to do when you arrive. Warm-up on your own. Most people like to make up a workout from the previous week that they’ve missed, get help with a lift or skill, have a spotter available if you’d like to lift heavy, or simply refine something you’ve been working on.  Coaches are there to help you set up, spot, or correct your form as needed.

CROSSFIT BOOT CAMP:

When:  Mondays/Tuesdays/Thursdays at 6:00am

Cost:
3x per week:  $125/mo.
2x per week:  $95/mo.
