Interested in trying CrossFit Kids? Come for a free trial class! Currently, we offer classes for 5-13 year olds. Kids are split up based on age groups.
Kids ages 5-9 have fun with obstacle courses, skill work and exercise as “play” to keep them fully engaged and motivated. Coach Jeannie leads our younger CrossFitters.
Kids ages 10-13 are provided with coaching instruction that focuses on advancing their skill level with weight-lifting, group & individual challenges, as well as charting their progress and encouraging a “can-do” attitude!
The CrossFit Kids program is designed to be B. I. G. Fun!!
B.I.G. Fun really stands for “Broad, Inclusive, General Fitness” that allows kids to develop functional strength for everything they do in their young active lives and have “FUN” while doing it.
Our goal is to improve coordination levels and increase confidence in every child. Our classes are structured to be safe and enjoyed by all the kids participating. They always begin with a fun/active warm-up, followed by focus or skill work, then the WOD (workout of the day) and ends with a fun, active game.
Please bring a water bottle, wear appropriate athletic clothing (avoid extremely loose or baggy clothes) and athletic shoes. Keep jewelry, belts, etc. minimal to prevent safety issues.

Thursdays: 6:00pm – 6:50pm
1 Child: $59/mo.
2 Children in same household: $109/mo.
3 Children in same household: $149/mo.
