Our boot camps involve more than just push-ups and sit-ups. Schedule a complimentary 1-hour personal training and assessment to help familiarize yourself with kettlebell movements, squat technique, weight-lifting form and more. After that, you can attend one complimentary boot camp class to see if you like it.

CrossFit Athlete Lab Boot Camps provide an incredible workout experience in a larger group setting. They include all but the most technical CrossFit moves. These classes are sure to deliver serious sweat-induced challenges that combine everything from weights, sprinting, crawling, plyo-metrics, assisted pull-ups, and everything in between.
As always, workouts are scaled to your level. We have everything from the natural “fire-breathers” to those who haven’t worked out in months or even years.
CrossFit Boot Camps provide an incredible foundation for losing that weight you’ve been carrying around, building your strength, increasing your lung capacity and improving your skills. Boot camp classes will push you to do things that you would never do on your own in a typical (boring!) gym setting. Motivation and encouragement in a positive setting is always included!
