Andy Paulson, Ph.D.
CrossFit Athlete Lab Consultant and Coach
Andy provides coaching and individual consultations that integrate the principles and practices of interpersonal neuroscience with the functional strategies of mindfulness and wellness. Clients will gain the tools to develop the mental edge in achieving fitness goals, nutrition goals and overall personal performance goals from the inside out and the outside in. Clients will gain a better understanding of the potential power of their own minds to transform old habits and patterns of behavior towards health and well-being.
Andy will help you develop Mindsight, a mindfulness-based practice to ignite your vision and align it properly to get and keep motivated and set goals you can achieve and sustain. Mindsight strategies are integrative and will allow clients to feel grounded, aligned in mind and body and ready to actively engage life.
