8 Rounds for load, not timed: Move load up as much as you can.
Perform the barbell complex 3 times, then row 300m. This counts as 1 round.
1 Clean (or power clean, then front squat)
2 Push Press
1 Back Squat
4 Reverse Barbell Lunges (2/each leg)
300m Row sprint after every 3 complexes completed.
