Stay tuned for upcoming mini-workshops lasting about 30 minutes to work on extra skills like getting your first kipping pull-up, handstands & handstand push-ups and muscle-up progressions.  Sign up will be at the gym.

Learning how to do double-unders requires you to buy your own jump rope and practice outside of the gym.  (Ahem.)  Rogue Fitness or Again Faster are two places to start looking.

Next Up:  Muck Ruckus on August 11th.  T-shirts are ordered and off to the screen printer.  $17 each for a team shirt.  I got wicking fabric tanks this year, so hopefully they’ll be comfortable to wear and light.
