Compare to Friday, January 27th:
Every minute on the minute for as long as you can, adding half-burpees by 2 reps each minute (no push-up).

6 x 10m Shuttle Run Lengths
2 Half Burpees (4, 6, 8, ……)

Finisher:
3 x 20 Second parallel holds on the GHD machine.
60 Straight leg raises (30 each side).  Lumbar stays flat to the floor.
