Snatch Balance – Spend 15 minutes working your way up to a 1 Rep.  Overhead or split landings.

Beginners: Practice speed under the bar, the overhead position, balance and locking out solidly with lighter loads.

There will be modifications for beginners, as usual.  Get after it!
