Row 500m Warm Up
Rest
Row 500m for Time

3 x 10 Bulgarian Split Squats Each Leg (use just body weight)

WOD: For Time
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
Push up + Renegade Row
Walking Lunges (each leg with same set of dumbbells)

Beth will coach Friday night 5pm class and Saturday morning 8am! She’s got a great WOD for Saturday morning, so get yer’ butts outta bed!
