Whoa, I wanted to jump into today CrossFit WOD with the rest of the gang. Super pumped to watch them kick their own asses and I wanted to feel their pain!!! This stuff is addicting.
Awesome job Brenden on hitting those first deadlift numbers! Now we have a goal to work towards! Sweet form and technique the whole time!

Bryan hit a PR in his 1 rep max deadlift….a whoppin’ 405 friggin’ pounds! A true sight to be seen! I hope littl’ ol’ Minnesota will hold a special memory in your heartÂ
And for the grand finale….a really hell-ish 10-14 minute workout…that feels o’so worth-it when you’re finished.
