
Well, I’m back in the habit again. What I mean is packing a cooler of food to take along with me to the gym. This habit brings back memories from when I was in grad school for 4 years! Pre-plan, pre-plan, pre-plan!
Well, my diet has made some shifts since my school days so I thought I’d share a super easy way to bring food to your work place….and eat Paleo!
I’ve been finding great success with doing the “Tupperware Shake”. So the last couple days I started combining:
Chopped broiled chicken (today I used ground venison)
Diced avocado
Chopped red onion
Chopped spinach
Canned sliced black olives
Organic pineapple salsa (yum!)
You can also chop up green onions!
Put it in a container. Shake! Throw it in your portable cooler with a cold pack which should be right next to your apple, small bag of raw nuts, raisins, cut veggies with hummus, extra deli turkey slices, fresh strawberries and whatever else you can get creative with! C’mon, no excuses!
EASY!
