A big thanks to Bryan and Doug who stopped in Monday night for a WOD…all the way from Virginia! Awesome job guys! Double kudos to my new client Brenden who pushed out his first WOD at the Lab! Ya did great! Now get back to work guys!

Press:  3 – 3 – 3

Run 800m
Then three rounds of:
7 HSPU
10 front squats
Run 800m

Scale the weight for your level. Use a box for HSPU or the wall. Make modifications and take note.
